Terms and Conditions

Deposit & Rental to be paid in advance.

Customer will be requested to sign the regular ”Self Drive Rental Agreement ” prior to each rental.

Customer should possess valid Drivers Licence (International / Sri Lankan) & passport.

(Domestic license holders: Please contact our team for Assistance)

Cancellation/ no-show: Minimum of 01 Days Rental will be charged, with Airport Delivery/Pickup charges.

Kms. / Hours will be charged FROM / TO CASONS PREMISES. 

Minimum Mileage: 100Kms. per day for all vehicles (Unless if you have special arrangement with Casons Rent a Car)

Outstation stays (Out of Colombo): Driver’s accommodation to be provided by the Customer on his account.

Driver’s standard working hours will be treated as 0800hrs. to 1700hrs. (Extras will be charged accordingly)

1.   Rates are including With Driver & Fuel
2.   Above rates are EXCLUDING Highway, Parking, Paging & Any Other Parking Toll.
3.   Kilometers will be calculated garage to garage basis
4.   All Vehicles are fully insured
5.   In case of a break-down, a substitute vehicle will be provided Island-Wide 24 Hours
6.   Responsible Professional & well mannered English Speaking Drivers
7.  Chauffeur Day charges LKR 1000 & Out of Colombo running LKR 900 charges will be applied. Star class Hotels ‘Driver Quarters’ will be provided FOC. If not LKR 1500 per Night will be charged for Accommodation
8.   No Hidden Charges
9.    Above rates are subject to 2%NBT
10.   All booking / Quotation will be confirmed upon payments only.
