I had a fantastic experience with Cason's car rental service! The entire process was smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. A special thanks to Munshifa, who was incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly throughout. She made sure everything was clearly explained, and the car was in excellent condition—clean, well-maintained, and ready on time. Rented a compact last minute. The staff was quick to respond over email and walked me through the booking. They also have a counter at the arrival lounge at BIA (CMB airport). Was taken to their office in Katunayake where all formalities were completed and I was handed over the car. I was given the option to give security deposit in multiple currencies (LKR/INR/USD).

The car was in good condition. All features were explained to me before I left.

I returned the car to the same office at the end of my trip. Took half an hour that day to close all formalities and receive my security deposit. At the end they dropped me off at the airport. 10/10 recommended.

Quick, clear , helpful service. My rental was personally handled by Senethmi, who always responded quickly and was very courteous and attentive. The car was fine and reliable. The company is serious in its responsibilities and helpful to the client -especially with the obtaining of the required Sri Lankan driving permit. Altogether a good, clean experience: I will always us Carsons in the future. Much to be recommended.

Absolutely recommended. The price is very competitive. Communication with them was very fluid. They had everything ready when we arrived by plane. They took us to the office and on the way back they took us back to the airport. The car ran great throughout the entire trip around Sri Lanka. The car was an Honda Vezel and was very comfortable.
